This Pioneer in Excellence Prize has been awarded to the organisation that had the most best practices assessed at 5-Stars ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ or above. These best practices are hosted on the Best Practice Improvement Resource (BPIR.com) for other organisations to learn from.

To determine the IBPC Best Practice Certification Star Rating, the panel of international judges assessed the participant’s written entry submissions, presentations, and responses in the live Q&A sessions.
