This certificate is awarded to students who have successfully completed a level of the English Language Program at MILA International Language Academy. The program delivers structured, instructor-led training designed to advance English communication skills across speaking, listening, reading, and writing. MILA International Language Academy is accredited by CEA and authorized by U.S. federal law to enroll nonimmigrant students through the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP).
