Completed a two-day immersive workshop (December 6 & 13, 2025) led by Missy Roode in Boston, MA, focusing on strategic design practice and outcome-driven problem solving. Participants gained hands-on experience through a real-world case study with Boston Children's Hospital, learning to analyze user data using strategic frameworks, develop and test research hypotheses, and communicate results through compelling storytelling.
