The Bronze Level certification recognises individuals who have demonstrated foundational competence in the TRADE Benchmarking Methodology through training. Bronze-level holders understand the principles and benefits of benchmarking and can apply the five TRADE stages — Terms of Reference, Review, Acquire, Deploy, and Evaluate to participate effectively in structured benchmarking projects and contribute to performance improvement initiatives, forming the basis for progression to the Silver Level.

- The BRONZE Level credential is attained by completing the TRADE training course, facilitated by an authorised TRADE trainer. - Active participation in various benchmarking exercises of the TRADE Stages during the course, in alignment with the Bronze-level competency standards.
