HR Conflict Management & Resolution (HRCMR)

This designation recognizes completion of a 20-hour, live and synchronous program from the Conflict Management Institute. Recipients practiced tactical de-escalation, dispute resolution frameworks, and strategic risk management through Representative Practice Scenarios in the Resolution Lab, with real-time coaching from experienced instructors. Approved for 20.0 SHRM PDCs and HRCI recertification credits.

To earn the HRCMR designation, recipients attended all three live, synchronous sessions on Zoom, participated in Representative Practice Scenarios with real-time instructor coaching, and completed the assigned Deep Work between sessions, including the Framework Matrix, Choose the Right Script, the Cultural Blueprint, and Resilience Journaling. Through this work, recipients developed the ability to diagnose workplace conflict, select the right resolution framework, and lead with resilience.
