Completion of at least 404 hours of backend development training, including Java, OOP,Spring Boot,SQL modules. Completion of at least 30 + daily coding projects and 2 milestone projects: Week 16: OOP Library Management System Week 20: Twitter API Backend App Completion of sprint challenges at the end of each learning module to assess practical understanding. Active participation in career readiness sessions Successful demonstration of technical and soft skills aligned with industry standards.
