The DEI Champions Certification program teaches professionals how to do the following: plan high-impact DEI programs, effectively promote equity and inclusion in the workplace, communicate inclusively and manage conflict equitably.

To earn a DEI Champions Certification, participants must complete a 10-month program that includes live learning and development sessions, experiential activation labs, and written assignments.
