The Foundational Leadership Development Course (FLDC) is The Fort Institute's flagship leadership programme: a free, twelve-week virtual journey, delivered in English and French, that turns young Africans aged 15 to 35 into ethical, institutional-minded leaders. Through small near-peer Forts, where yesterday's graduates become tomorrow's facilitators, FLDC forms character before skill, building a self-replicating engine for Africa's leadership future.
