Bronze-level holders understand the principles and benefits of benchmarking and can apply the five TRADE stages — Terms of Reference, Review, Acquire, Deploy, and Evaluate to participate effectively in structured benchmarking projects and contribute to performance improvement initiatives, forming the basis for progression to the Silver Level.
