I've recently decided to officially start my journey into IT. I've been surrounded by computers most of my life and decided it was time I strengthen my knowledge and use it to help others. Right now, I'm pursuing the Google IT Support Professional certification through Merit America, to obtain the skills I need to succeed in the field, including customer service, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. I've always been around tech, and as a kid, I slowly learned about the large scope of computers. They started as simple contraptions to play video games on, but as I grew I gained access to better, more flexible computers, and began looking into software myself to find out what's possible and make it do exactly what I wanted. When I find something, I always aspire to learn about it and make sure that I don't have wrong information about it. I always want to make sure I have accurate information on the things I love so that I don’t misinform others when I’m talking about it, and tech is no different. My details oriented mindset keeps me from making mistakes and keeping everyone around me on track as well. I'm looking forward to taking the next steps in my journey, and hope to be an asset to my future employers. I'm a great addition to any team and can easily adapt to any new situation. I'll perform well in any environment, and you can count on me to easily complete any new objectives.
